MyStaf's services include but are not limited to recruiting, screening, interviewing, testing, training, orientations and performing reference checks for temporary and temp-to-hire positions. MyStaf also offers direct-hire services for permanent positions, such as purchasing, accounting, administrative assistants, plant managers and all skilled areas.

SCREENING
MyStaf screens all potential applicants before placing them on a job assignment. This process includes in-depth interviews, personality surveys, drug screening, criminal background checks, workers compensation checks(not required in Texas), physical assessment screenings(not required in Texas) and references. Screening requirements can be adjusted to meet the needs of the client.

TESTING AND TRAINING MyStaf offers testing and training in many common software programs and general aptitudes.

ORIENTATION Each MyStaf employee receives a thorough orientation before starting a position with a client company. These orientations can be customized to fit the client’s needs and may cover such topics as dress code, work hours, lunch and break periods, payroll processes, parking, general conduct, safety information and injury procedures.

QUALITY CONTROL MyStaf strives to meet or exceed the expectations of both its clients and employees. In order to achieve this goal, MyStaf has implemented programs which work together to evaluate and improve upon our quality placement process.
